Paraklausithyron: a triolet

Never wanting to shut the door,
he merely wanted her to see it closing.
So he stood there hoping she wanted more,
never wanting to shut the door.
He felt the sinking in his core.
He felt his hand push. His side was losing,
never meaning to shut the door.
He merely wanted her to see it closing.

What happens when you write a poem in a form I've never heard of is that I study about it and then want to write one, too. This, however, makes me feel like a copy-cat (which, let's face, probably I am).
All that to say: I like this poem and the idea behind the form.
